benefit show

the benefit show that i had waited months for was somewhat of a success.
woke up at like 8 AM to get anna at noon. don't question my logic.
got anna and robbie came at like 2. then we left and had lunch at friday's. our waiter was pete, and he was an asshole.
so we get to club crannel and begin setting up. bands arrive. no kids.
we kept the doors open until 6:30 before starting the show. at this point, two kids were there.
by the time the second band was on, there were at least thirty people. then more kids came. it was all good.
so after three bands dropping out at the last minute, cars breaking down, asshole kids, and no one showing up, we made 421$. Not a lot, but hell, i'm not complaining.

look for another benefit show come december/january. this time it'll be in orange county.

today was the best birthday ever!
too bad it wasn't really my birthday.

i got kinapped at 9 AM this morning by cassie and her father.
she made me vegan biscuits and got me a grandma and grandson play set.
i love it so muc!
we went to the diner and had a birthday feast while being made fun of by burkies.
fuck burke.

then we walked around goshen. i met a postal worker and got my picture with him. i felt like i was in disney world.

went to the gourmet cafe. THEY HAVE SOY MILK! praise jesus.

walked around for awhile. then went to the library and read hitler books.

went out and dscussed the current state of the world and religion. it's amazing how me and cassie get onto these rants.

went to quick stop where we met this amazing man in a hat. we got a picture of him, too.

so then we ended up at burke. no one was there, so we just ran around the hallways until the janitor kicked us out.

my dad had no idea where i was until i called. "hi, i'm at school. come get me?" i was in trouble.

so then we went back to my house and tried to apply for a job at the bakery. i was denied. and angry.

so we went to go complain to the police. on the way, we found a chicken in someone's driveway so we took pictures. and then the lady came out of the house, and we had to pretend that cassie was visiting from brooklyn and never saw a chicken before. oh, the things we come up with.

watched sid and nancy until her mom came. i don't know what it was, but that movie made me go insane.

so i'd have to say this was the best before birthday party i've ever had.
now if only i can get the one thing i truly want.

shit hasn't been going great lately. but, when has it gone great?
i really wish i lived in newburgh. or maybe it's better that i don't.

i'm sick as a fucking dog. damn dehydration. but i guess smoking 24/7 doesn't help. i want to quit, but at this point, willpower is just something i do not have.

getting my hair done on saturday. i have no idea what i want to do with it yet. short and blonde probably. that's the way i'm seeing it.

hopefully going to see rancid on the 24th. i got connections with the opening band and the venue they are playing at.

i hugn out with my brother and gave him a mohawk tonight. i wish i was as cool as him when i was 11.

but then again, we all want to be someone different.

spur of the moment decision at 2 AM. another livejournal!

yeah, so i'm not stranger to this concept. pour your heart and soul out on the internet and pretend its for yourself while you just want other people to read about your problems. yup yup.

one might call me bitter, but you better get used to it if you're going to read this.

so where to start? how about my day?

went to an outsider show with cassie in new windsor. quite fun. i decided to go to that to celebrate my birthday instead of warped tour. fuck warped tour.

so anyway, hung out with some cool kids. same kids as last time. only about 20 showed up. haha.

got a wonderful birthday song sung to me by kazooie louie. everyone gets a kazoo, and they sing with it. simply amazing.

mr. pudd and the munchkin punchers suprised us with a last minute show. damn, i fucking love them. i even got my name in a song! boy, did i feel special.

i cut my hand on a viking helmet. how many people can say that?

this kid steve gave cassie a dirty safety pin he found on the ground. we pierced my ear with it. it hurts. i'm a dumb ass.

so anyway, i like this kid and there's complications with it. you know the drill. everything would be perfect except for one thing. and i must say, i fucking hate my dad for being a cop.

i've become a fucking chain smoker, and i hate it.
